Hotel Services

All our rooms are cleaned and serviced daily by our house keeping department. 

Linen and Towels : Your room has linen and towels already provided for your use; we will change these for you every third day you are here. If you require new towels and new linen before this time there is small fee of £1 per towel and £5 for a full linen change.

Rooms are ready from 1400 hrs daily , on arrival you can leave your luggage with us for free in our locked luggage room. On departure we can also hold your bags for you for a small fee of £1 per bag per day.

Our reception is open 24 hrs a day and is located in the Melville Hotel , 38 & 39 Argyle Square; about 5 houses away from The Excelsior Hotel.


Parking

We reccomend not driving to us as we are extremely well connected; having Kings Cross train station and St Pancras Interantional train station literally on our doorstep.

If indeed you need your car then : You will have to firstly pay the Congestion Charge as we are located within the congestion charge zone . 

There is free parking on our street anywhere from : Monday - Friday from 1830 until 0800 hrs . All other hours there are parking bays avaialbe for £4 per hour and a 2 hr maximum stay length. Saturday from 1430 is free until Monday morning 0800.

There is also an NCP car park on Judd Street ( adjacent to us ) and the cost is £25 per day approx.
